Timesheets in Excel, plans in a calendar, contracts in email
Four sources of truth means no source of truth. Reconciling them is a monthly ritual that produces no value.
Professional Services Management
Plan who works where, capture the effort, report it to your client, bill the right amount in the right currency — and see what you have actually collected.
Everything between the work and the payment.
Most teams run these steps in different tools. Efforvia keeps them on the same record, so the numbers never drift apart.
The problem
Every one of these is correct on its own. None of them knows about the others — and that is where the money leaks.
Four sources of truth means no source of truth. Reconciling them is a monthly ritual that produces no value.
A 50-day contract with 25 days worked and 30 days already planned is not 25 days remaining. It is 5 days over — and you find out when you invoice.
The work was recorded weeks ago. Turning it into something a client can read should not be manual labour.
Invoiced is not collected. Without both in one place, the gap between them stays invisible until it is a cash problem.
What it does
Every module reads the same record. Log one activity and the contract terms, currency, VAT and entitlement all update with it.
Plan your people
Week, month and yearly views. Recurring plans for repeating patterns, copy a day, week or month, and a preview that shows exactly what will be created before you confirm.
Track the work
Activities, hours and man-days against customers, projects and tickets. A Today screen built for the way consultants actually log their day.
Manage client commercials
Contracts are versioned, so changing terms never rewrites past periods. Every period bills under the terms that applied at the time.
Report professionally
Activity reports with revisions and an approval flow, exported through templates you set up per customer.
Bill accurately
Billing periods produce invoice drafts from approved, reported work — not from a spreadsheet someone maintained by hand.
Collect and know your numbers
Payment tracking with partial payments and write-offs, plus the forecast of when the money is expected to arrive.
Why it is not a time tracker
Efforvia models every one of these as a separate number, because in real consulting work they are never the same. Most tools collapse them into one and hide the difference.
Example Illustrative figures. The gap between any two of these is a question worth answering — and you cannot answer it if your tool only stores one.
Independent consultants
If you are the whole company, you still need to answer the same questions — just faster, and without an admin day every month.

The same platform, with the controls a firm needs: who sees what, who approves what, and who changed what.

We do not hold a certification, and we will not claim one. Here is what is actually in the product.
Every record is scoped to its organisation at the database layer, not by a filter someone remembered to add.
Define your own role groups and assign permissions. A consultant sees their own work; a manager sees the team; finance sees the numbers.
If you do not have permission, the amounts are not in the response at all. Hiding them in the interface would leave them in the API.
Role changes, approvals, settings, expense decisions and plan changes are recorded with who, when and what changed.
Token rotation, session revocation on password change, and rate-limited sign-in per account and per address.
Daily backups with an integrity check on every run. Encrypted connections end to end.

Questions
No. It handles the work, the contract terms, the invoice draft and what you collected. Your accountant still issues the legal invoice and keeps the books.
Yes. Everything works for a single user, and nothing about the interface assumes a team. Team features appear when you add people.
Any currency you contract in. Central bank rates are fetched automatically, and the local-currency equivalent is frozen at the invoice date rate so it never changes retroactively.
Yes. Period entitlement, carry-forward with a cap, expiry and overage are tracked as movements, so you can always see how a period was consumed.
Yes. Excel templates are defined per customer, so each client receives the format they asked for.
Efforvia is in early access, so onboarding is personal: we set up your organisation, move your existing data and walk your team through it.
Pricing is not published yet. Plans are based on the number of users, billed monthly, with a discount for annual payment. Request early access and we will send you the numbers as soon as they are set.
